When I made these waffles for the first time it was a Monday morning before work; I felt I deserved a treat for getting up and going to work (I know that is ridiculous and it’s only 50% a joke). I’m a huge S’more fan so I decided if I put it between two waffles, it becomes breakfast. The second time I made these waffles I thought to myself these would be perfect at 2 AM coming home from a night out.
You can make the filling in these waffles anything you would like. I have used marshmallows and graham crackers with chocolate and also Nutella. I plan on trying it with peanut butter soon. YUM!
I know these waffles sound extremely unhealthy, but who is thinking about that after 2 AM?

This was the best donut I have ever eaten.
2 AM Waffles

Ingredients:
- 2 frozen waffles (you can make your own waffles but I didn’t have time, I was getting ready to go to work when I made these)
- 2 big marshmallows or a couple small ones
- your filling (chocolate, Nutella, or peanut butter)
- graham crackers
- maple syrup
Directions:
- Toast your waffles
- As soon as they are done press your marshmallows into the waffle (use a fork or a spoon)
- On the other waffle, spread your filling
- Add your graham cracker (you can crumble it or leave it whole)
- Stack and press down on your graham cracker sandwich
- Drizzle with maple syrup
- Enjoy and go to sleep!
